We adhere to the following guidelines in relation to our email communications:

We send emails from a number of different domains in both plain text and HTML email formats. Emails are usually sent using sender email address: @karismadesign.co.uk

If you receive an email which claims to come from us but does not use these domains, or if you are suspicious that an email may not be approved by us, then please send a copy of the email to sales@karismadesign.co.uk so we can investigate.

Phone communications

Karisma Design's employees may contact existing customers and other organisations for the purpose of discussing interests.

If you no longer want to receive these calls we can add you to our do not call list, this can be requested over email, phone to the person contacting you, or by sending an email to sales@karismadesign.co.uk

Browsing our website 

When someone visits our Website, we use a third-party service, Squarespace, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Squarespace to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

With whom might we share your personal data?

Karisma Design provide products and services from partners with global operations.
