The installers we work with are second to none. They are used to working with both the products we supply, and also with us therefore understanding completely what Karisma Design strives to deliver for each and every client.
Clients are welcoming our installers into their homes for what is often a prolonged period of time. Our installers recognise that and work with respect and courtesy at all times to both the client and their property.

Here at Karisma Design we are able to accommodate the many ways in which clients may wish to buy bathroom.
Should a client wish to simply purchase bathroom items from us and have them delivered to site, then we welcome the opportunity to work with them to achieve this.
Additionally, whether a client wishes or not to avail themselves of the accomplished design service that we offer, we are happy to offer our expertise and knowledge to understand the requirements of their project and tailor a specification to suit and work within the client’s desired timeframe.
As part of our turn key service, the installation process will be fully project managed by Karisma Design throughout the process.
Regular site visits and daily contact with the installers ensure that we deliver an end result as an organisation that we are proud to put our name to.
As part of a complete contract to supply and install a project, this service comes at no additional cost.
Your trust in us and long term peace of mind are something we value and take very seriously. Our installers know how to work with the products that we specify and supply. Installation guides are always followed ensuring that manufacturers’ warranties provided with each item in the bathroom are not invalidated should there be a product issue within the guarantee period.
Karisma Design also offers complete reassurance in the highly unlikely event of a mishap whilst undertaking work in a client’s home as we carry a public liability insurance policy to cover such occurrences.
After we have completed the project in your home, our installations carry a two year warranty for workmanship running alongside and in addition to any manufacturers’ warranties provided with the products supplied.

Supply Only with Project Management
As well as simply supplying the chosen bathroom items for a client’s project, Karisma Design’s involvement need not end there.
We are happy to provide and advise on technical details liaising with the client’s preferred contractors prior to installation as well as continuing our involvement after fitting has begun ensuring that the client’s design and vision for the space is achieved as was intended with the specification and products selected.
This service can be provided for a negotiable fee in addition to the cost of purchasing the bathroom goods.
